Imagine that...Ron Morris siding with one who is down on the Gamecocks.
I don't mind The State newspaper having a biased trash-man like Morris on staff, but they need one for Clemson to make it even. There is a lot more to work with up there. And The State needs an intellectually honest columnist to cover SC, too.
On the bright side: the better SC plays on the field, the it makes Morris reach for bull-beep at which to grasp.
As for Morris, his only hope for relevance is to be hated by Gamecock fans, because the more he praises Tommy Bowden, the more he will alienate disgruntled Tiger fans, when Tommy tanks again.
When it's over...Morris will have no one except the same old has-beens at The State.

If Ron Morris thinks his accusations against USC are going to make people like Lee Corso more, he's even dumber than I thought. Why should Corso be free to belittle the Gamecocks as losers for ever more but when it's pointed out where his statements are wrong, that's a classless attack? I know we have been played again by Morris who knows only one way to get his sorry articles read. I guess its pretty sad when you are such a weak writer that you have to sink to that method.
